Questions
I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch, or description with measurements. We'll quote the design work along with the print.
How much does a custom print cost?
Small items like keychains start around $8. Most custom pieces fall between $12 and $60, depending on size, detail, and quantity. Bulk orders get a lower price per piece.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Bakeries, schools, teams, businesses, and events can order cookie cutters or keychains made from their logo or design. Open Buying in bulk for a free quote. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.
How long does it take?
Quotes go out within 1 business day. Orders are delivered in about 7 to 14 days after you place your order or approve your quote.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate per order, and it's free on bigger orders. You'll see the exact amount on the order form before you submit.
How do I check on my order?
When you order, you get an order number on the thank-you screen and in your email. Enter it under Check order progress at the top of the site to see whether your order is being printed, packaged, or sent. We also email you as it moves along.
I lost my order number. What do I do?
Search your inbox for "Nozzle Works NYC". Your order number is in our emails. If you can't find it, email us at hello@nozzleworksnyc.com with the name you ordered under.
How do I pay?
We email a secure invoice you can pay by card. Sales tax is added to your invoice where required. Printing starts once it's paid.
Which materials and colors do you offer?
PLA for most items (the widest color range) and TPU when you need something flexible. Colors shown on each item's order page are what's in stock now. Need something else? Choose "Other" and tell us in the notes.
How does name or text personalization work?
Items that can be personalized ask exactly what you'd like printed. We use your text exactly as typed, so please check spelling before you submit.
Can I send my own logo or image?
Yes, on items that allow it you can upload a logo or reference image with your order. We'll message you if it needs adjusting to print well.
Are cookie cutters food safe?
They're for cutting dough only. Hand wash in lukewarm water and dry right away. Not dishwasher safe, and not for food storage.
Can you print a character or team logo?
Only if you own it or have permission. We're glad to print your own logos, artwork, and original designs.
Are fidgets and small figures safe for young kids?
No. They're for ages 14 and up and contain small parts.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We'll make it right. Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement. Otherwise all sales are final, and we don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind. Orders can't be changed once submitted.

- Every order ships to the address you give at checkout. We don't offer local pickup.
- Orders are delivered in about 7 to 14 days after you place your order or approve your custom quote.
- Please double-check your address. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
- You get an order number when you order. Use it under Check order progress to follow your order, and we'll email you as it moves from printing to packaging to sent. Once it ships, we send tracking.
- We'll email you if anything delays your order.
Returns
- If your order arrives damaged or broken, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement.
- Otherwise all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.
- Orders can't be changed or canceled once submitted.
Product safety
- Cookie cutters are for cutting dough only. Hand wash, and don't use them for food storage.
- Items with small parts are for ages 14 and up.
- PLA softens around 130°F, so keep items away from hot cars, dishwashers, and heaters.
Terms of service
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any logo, artwork, text, or file you send us. We don't print trademarked characters or logos without permission.
- Text you enter for personalization is printed exactly as typed. Please check spelling before you submit.
- Handmade 3D prints may have small layer lines and slight color variation. That's normal.
- Submitting an order is a request. We may decline or cancel any order, in which case you'll be fully refunded.
- Shipping, returns, and product safety above are part of these terms.
Privacy
- What we collect: your name, email, phone, shipping address, order details, and any text or images you upload.
- Why: only to make, ship, and support your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information.
- Who handles it: our order database (Supabase), form and email tools (Netlify, Web3Forms, Resend, Zoho Mail), and Square if you pay through a Square link. We also keep a simple visit counter that uses no cookies and doesn't store your IP address.
- Your choices: email us anytime to see, correct, or delete your information.
